HOW DO I SIGN UP?
• Fill out the submission form (below; scroll down)
• We will acknowledge receipt of your submission with a follow up email. We frequently review the submissions, but don’t hesitate to also email us! thesummittsportsbook@gmail.com
• Pay Online (via website) or Pay In-Person at The Summitt
• After submission and processing of your form, we will contact you to let you know that your Membership Card and Monthly Pass is ready for pick up. You will be able to pick up your personalized Member & Monthly Pass Holder Card at The Summitt any time during regular operating hours.

**After your first month's payment, the following months for all of 2025 will be based on a sliding scale (you will continue to receive the rewards and benefits of being Member or Monthly Pass Holder throughout the year); Memberships and Monthly Passes are audaciously intended to most adamantly support our centered community.**

The Athlete, the Poet, and the Human present three singular pathways that conceptually parallel our vision of elevating ingenuity and renaissance with you, t/here, within the heights of The Summitt.

Women & Trans Athletes = $20
Women & Queer Community = $25
Allies & Co-Conspirators = $30
Full Rate Monthly Passes = $40
